Overnight oatmeal is my favorite breakfast! You can prepare these the night before and wake up to a delicious cold treat that’s already made for you. I make two or three of these at a time because they last a few days in your fridge. The chia seeds absorb the yogurt and swell up, giving more substance and texture to your overnight oats.
The best part about these is that they require no cooking and can be made with endless flavor combinations!
