Copycat Cranberry Bliss Recipe

Cranberry Bliss is certainly as blissful as the title implies. Forget Starbucks and try this copycat Cranberry Bliss Recipe! This delicious bread is sweet and holds a super moist taste. It’s soft, fluffy and chewy from the cranberries.

If this doesn’t already sound like the greatest bread ever, this recipe also features white chocolate chips which offer extra sweetness to balance out the tart cranberries. They melt in your mouth and are present alongside of the cranberries in every bite.

This bread is perfect for Thanksgiving or Christmas and will make a perfect addition to your holiday dinners. It isn’t hard to make this amazing bread. Serving is great and easy. This blissful cranberry bread is colorful and pretty, sure to satisfy the expectations of all your guests!

Cook Temp: 350 Degrees F    Cooking Time: 55 Minutes 



  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, plus a handful more for scattering over the frosting
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips


  • 2 cups confectioner’s sugar, sifted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • milk or cream to thin


  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut or vegetable oil
