The season of pumpkin flavored everything has come, yet again! People are making pumpkin pies, cookies, coffee, candies, etc. Change this season up a bit and satisfy everyone’s pumpkin craze with this Cream Cheese Pumpkin Bread Recipe.

Bread doesn’t need to require hours of prep time and kneading. You can make this deliciously moist bread with ease. Another great addition to this bread is the swirls of cream cheese once you slice it. It’s almost as if theirs bites of cheesecake within the bread! This sweet Cream Cheese Pumpkin Bread will be perfect for this holiday season (or whenever you’re in the mood for pumpkin!)

INGREDIENTS:

Streusel Topping:

  • ½ Stick unsalted butter, melted
  • ¾ Cup all purpose flour
  • ¼ Cup sugar
  • ½ Teaspoon cinnamon
  • Dash of salt

Bread:

  • 1 ¾ Cup all purpose flour
  • 1 ¼ Cup sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ Teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ Teaspoon salt
  • ½ Teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 Stick unsalted butter
  • 1 Cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ Cup milk

Cheese Swirl: 

  • 8 oz. Cream cheese
  • ¼ Cup sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla
