One of my favorite holiday desserts is cranberry salad, so when I found this recipe for Frozen Cranberry Pineapple Salad that topped mine by a long shot I quickly saved it to share with you. Cranberries are a Thanksgiving staple that people use as whole berries, or jellied as side dishes and in cold salads such as this one.
This is a quick, easy and delicious holiday dessert you can make ahead of time and serve after dinner. You can simply chill this in the refrigerator instead of freezing, I prefer freezing even if for a short while before serving. This is a refreshing dessert you can make any time of year for a yummy treat your family will love.
