Waffles aren’t normally what we think of when we think of a “healthy breakfast” but these healthy waffles contain only bananas, eggs, and blueberries! There is no flour, sugar, or excess ingredients in these deliciously rich waffles. These can also be made into pancakes. I find that making these into pancakes is easier than making waffles, but both taste amazing!

These healthy waffles are naturally sweet, due to the bananas and blueberries. The blueberries get warm and pop once you bite into them. I love cooked blueberries, so I usually throw a few extra in than the recipe calls for.

These are amazing served with peanut butter on top, but are also good with a bit of butter and organic maple syrup. It is super quick to whip up a batch of this batter. You can have multiple waffles or pancakes done in minutes! These make the perfect breakfast for your entire family, especially when you’re out of pancake mix.
