2 tbs Sugar
1 tbs baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2/3 cup butter
1 -1/4 buttermilk or milk
1 egg
1 tsp salt

Filling:

3 tbs butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
