These Red Velvet Cookies are practically mini red velvet cakes because the dough is made from red velvet cake mix. Not only are these fluffy cookies delicious, they’re also a bright red color making them perfect for Christmas (but they’re yummy enough to eat all year round!)
The powdered sugar outside gives them the perfect sweetness and gives them a crinkled look. These cookies are so good, especially for the holidays because they add a beautiful pop of color to your cookie tin or your dessert table!
I’ll be making these again on Christmas to serve as sweet snacks before dinner.
Red Velvet Cookies Recipe:
Cook Temp: 375 Degrees F – Cooking Time: 9 Minutes
- 1 box red velvet cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- Powdered sugar
Mix together the cake mix, eggs, and oil. Roll about 1 Tbsp. at a time in powdered sugar, and place on a baking sheet (a cookie scooper works really well). Press down on the cookies slightly with the bottom of a glass. Bake at 375°F/190°C for 9 minutes.
