I find it’s easier and more personable if you make them in the ramekins. Also, you don’t have to take the time to serve and it doesn’t get nearly as messy. The fruit mixture is such a delicious combination! If you don’t have huckleberries, you can use blueberries instead. The plum and peaches are so sweet! It balances perfect with the tangy raspberries and huckleberries. This berry mixture thickens as it cooks and has a delicious consistency. My favorite part of this recipe is the amazing crisp topping! It adds a great crunch and texture to the dish. I love that it’s made with oats! This entire dessert is healthy and incredibly yummy!
