This delicious and flavorful Vegetable Teriyaki Noodle Stir Fry is both vegan and gluten-free! This recipe uses tofu but that could always be left out or replaced with meat if you don’t care about the vegan aspect of this dish.
I personally love the tofu because it gets cooked perfectly in this recipe and comes out flavored as yummy as the rest of the meal.
If you don’t have agave syrup, maple syrup is good as well but gives the dish a bit of a maple flavor. The agave syrup gives it a sweet taste that is balanced out with the pepper and soy sauce.
