What dinner party is complete without a few cocktails? With this INCREDIBLE and beautiful White Chocolate Peppermint Martini, your guests will be blown away by the tastiness and festive appearance of this great cocktail. It’s optional to stick a candy cane in them after they’re done, but I love to do this because it’s unique and adds a Christmassy touch.
The marshmallow sundae topping that is coated on the rim and the inside of the glass ties this sweet drink together! You can also roll the coated rim in crushed peppermint for a dazzling effect and extra minty flavor.
You can make a few glasses and stick them in the freezer and fill them with your drink mixture as the guests arrive. This way, the glasses are cold and the marshmallow topping stays in place. Try these for your dinner party or Christmas day serving!
2 oz vanilla vodka
1/2 to 1 oz peppermint Schnapps
2 oz white chocolate liqueur
2 peppermint candies crushed
3 tablespoons marshmallow sundae topping
Coat the rim of a martini glass with some marshmallow topping and crushed peppermint candies. Drizzle some marshmallow on the inside of the glass and place in the freezer.
In a shaker with ice, add the vodka, peppermint schnapps, and the white chocolate liqueur. Shake for a minute. Remove glass from freezer. Pour mix from shaker into glass and sprinkle with crushed peppermint.
Several glasses can be made ahead of time and the recipe can be doubled or tripled and mixed in a pitcher to serve to a crowd.
If you don’t have a measuring cup that measures ounces you can use a tablespoon.
